UPDATE (29th November 2019): Notes from the meeting can be found by clicking here
Your fellow residents at the Jewellery Quarter Neighbourhood Forum (JQNF) would be delighted to see you at an Open Meeting.
Tue 12 Nov / 6.30 – 8.30pm
St Paul’s Church,St Pauls Sq, Birmingham
Tea / coffee will be provided. Please RSVP via Eventbrite so we can make sure we have enough refreshments (click here). This is your chance to catch up on general developments in the JQ and air your views. Guests include:
Emma Postin, Anti Social Behaviour Partnerships Manager from Birmingham City Council. Emma will speak about her team – who oversee issues like homelessness, vagrancy, needles, and street drinking in the City Centre (inc the JQ) – and take part in a Q&A session
Kate O’Connor, Activities Manager for the JQ Townscape Heritage Programme, will give us an update on this project, which aims to regenerate an area within JQ’s ‘industrial middle’. (Make sure you don’t miss Still: Stories from the Jewellery Quarter exhibition, which runs from 26 Oct – 10 Nov)
And Sergeant Matt Muldoon, the Neighbourhood Policing Supervisor for the JQ, will also be at the meeting – so it’s a great opportunity to meet Matt and raise any concerns you may have.
We hope to see you there!
